Sleep Inn Hotel Chain Review

My friends and I travel frequently and we often stay at the Choice Properties including Sleep Inn hotels. Most of the Sleep Inns we’ve stayed at include free continental breakfast and they are conveniently located in most cases just off the interstate or main highway which makes them easy to find. I’ve also found that the Sleep Inns are also usually in safe areas that are close to shopping, dining, and area attractions.

Sleep Inns are typically clean and less expensive than other area hotels. You won’t always find a lot of bells and whistles at the Sleep Inns like you will in the finer hotels, but the rooms are clean and the staff friendly. You will find Sleep Inns all over the United States and it is easy to call their reservation center toll-free at 1-877-424-6423 to book reservations for your next vacation or business adventure.

Be sure to sign up for the Choice Privileges reward program as well as the Choice Hotels Visa. Not only will the Choice Privileges card give you discounts at all the Choice properties, but you will also earn points for every night you stay. Those points can be exchanged for free hotel nights, airline tickets, car rentals, gift cards to restaurants and merchants, gas cards, sports tickets, and can even be spent shopping online. My friends and I stay with Choice properties so much that we are Diamond card holders. We usually get free upgrades to suites or larger rooms with views at no additional charge when we use our Diamond cards. It’s a great benefit and the reward card is free.

The other hotels in the Choice family are Quality Inns, Comfort Inn, Comfort Suites, Clarion, Cambria Suites, Rodeway Inn, Suburban, EconoLodge, and MainStay Suites. Once you have your Choice Privileges reward card then you can save money on reservations at any of the Choice family properties. So, if the area where you want to stay doesn’t have a Sleep Inn, then you can always save money on one of the other Choice properties and earn points for free stuff.

We don’t usually spend entire weeks at the Sleep Inns since they are a bit more basic than the luxury hotels that we prefer, but they are great hotels just for spending a night while in route to your final destination. However, if you can’t afford luxury hotels or feel that they are a waste, then the Sleep Inns are clean and you are sure to get a good night of sleep there.

I will say though that as with any hotel chain, do a little research before you make a reservation at a hotel you’ve never stayed at before. Check out the area immediately surrounding the hotel to be sure that it is safe and read reviews on that specific property. I’ve never had a problem with any of the Sleep Inns where we have stayed in the past, but it is always better to be safe than sorry. A little precaution can go a long way.
